Compaction Table

The compaction table generates linear Vibration through the counter-rotating and synchronous operation of vibration motors. The vibration motors are fixedly mounted on the vibrating table to produce high-frequency and low-amplitude vibration. Under the action of vibration acceleration, molding sand generates relative movement, so at to form compact and uniform sand moulds.
Compact the moulding sand during moulding, to void manual compaction operations, reducing labor intensity, improving production efficiency and compaction uniformity.
Mirco vibration compaction, air spring to reduce vibration, compact effect can be adjusted by the eccentric force of the vibrating motor and the stiffness change of the air spring, which can meet the requirements of different processes.
