L32 Single Layer shake out cooling drum

Good comprehensive performance: used sand are broken, cooled and coarse screened, castings are cleaned and slowly cooled to below 200℃; dust collect in good sealing, low working noise, and high working efficiency. It is suitable for batch production line with high speed and high pressure for medium and small castings. The working size should be less than 1/4 ~ 1/3 of the inner diameter.

Wet and hot sand wrap around the casting as a cushion layer, with a low rotation speed, knock phenomenon of large and medium-sized housing casting and thin-walled casting during shake out has been completely solved, greatly reduce the injury rate, and the used sand get complete crushed, comprehensive benefits is excellent.

Chain drive is used to reduce the impact of drum radial runout; the application of pouring nylon roller greatly reduced the wear of the roller table.

Ventilation system, infrared temperature measurement device and water humidification system can be selected to control the temperature and moisture of the used sand.
