Horizontal Fluidized Bed

After enter the fluidized bed, sands become to fluidizing under the action of high pressure fan, and keep rolling forward, contact pipes with cooling water in the bed for heat exchange.
With both air cooling and water cooling, sand temperature at outlet can be ensured below 35℃, and ash powder can be effectively removed, which can reduce the resin consumption.

Water cooling system: composed of water pump unit, cooling tower, water circulation system piping.
