Centrifugal Reclamation System

CRG centrifugal reclamation system is one of the important process equipment which determines the quality of the reclaimed sand in resin sand system and water glass sand reclamation.

Uses sand vertically fall into the regenerator which composed of impact ring and reclamation basin, friction and striking repeatedly witht the sand build-up in the impact ring after accelerated by the impact ring with high speed rotation, to ensure the film removal rate.
The remove the micro powder and inert film stripped from the sand surface by second air classification to achieve the reclamation effect.
