Coating Machine

The coating machine is used for coating the mould, which makes more convenient to spray the moulds.

The machine has clamping device to turn the mould to 110 degree, makes easier for manual brushing and spraying.

When in automatic operation, it can used for core making line and can be invloved in the circulation system.

All movements are controlled by hydraulic, safety devices have been set on the electric, hydraulic and mechanic part to ensure high operational reliability.
