Roll-Over Stripping Machine

The roll-over stripping machine is hydraulically driven, suitable for flask or flaskless moulding for no bake, roll-over and stripping for core-making production lines. It adopts an O-type hydraulic four-guide-column structure with dual oil cylinders for pattern stripping, featuring high rigidity and stable and reliable stripping performance. Equipped with PLC control and Vibration-assisted stripping, the exciting force is adjustable. It is also equipped with end detection devices to ensure high stripping accuracy and smooth flipping. The stripping action complies with the slow-fast-slow process requirement, realizing stable operation without impact.
